Chemical Manufacturer Business Unit– Teambuilding and Business Planning

Facilitated leadership team meetings to develop the business unit’s vision, mission, values, and operating plan. Work with leadership team to increase effectiveness through teambuilding and role clarification process. Business unit was able to reduce costs and enhance operational effectiveness through effective decision making of management team.

Metals Distribution Company – Organizational Effectiveness & Performance Management

To focus people on desired behaviors, designed new performance management system for all exempt employees. The new design focused on objective settings, job requirements and key competencies within specific job families. To support effective implementation and use developed a comprehensive training program for all employees. New system was well received and provided a better process for driving desired business outcomes.


Petrochemical Company – Strategic Performance Capability Assessment

In support of the company’s Health and Safety Services function’s strategic planning efforts, led project to assess the organization’s workforce capabilities requirements and availability of needed resources. The project defined key job requirements based on strategic plans and then assessed employee proficiencies. The results of the capability assessment led to a significant change in strategy creating better alignment with business unit needs and improved customer service ratings.
